
Biography
Alfonso began his legal career as a member of the Madrid Bar Association in 1997, and the Barcelona Bar Association in 1999.
He started practicing law at several law firms specializing in Labor Law and later worked as a Senior Lawyer in the Labor Law Department of the firm Mullerat from 2000 to 2005.
He is currently a practicing lawyer with the Barcelona Bar Association and serves as Partner and Director of the Barcelona office of Abdón Pedrajas (www.abdonpedrajas.com), a prestigious boutique law firm specializing in labor law.
He regularly advises numerous national and multinational companies from various sectors (insurance, energy, distribution, public enterprises, banking, tourism, services, media, new technologies, etc.) on both contentious and non-contentious labor matters.
He has extensive experience in the design, negotiation, and implementation of labor aspects in collective dismissal procedures and substantial modifications of working conditions, collective bargaining agreements, and in advising senior executives and company directors. He has led hundreds of legal proceedings at all levels of jurisdiction, including business or business unit transfers.

He has completed various master’s degrees and specialization courses in labor relations, negotiation, Social Security, and Occupational Risk Prevention at the Complutense University of Madrid and the Center for Financial Studies.
