Gemma Pla Peris is an Associate at Abdón Pedrajas Littler and has extensive experience advising Spanish and international companies on strategic labor matters, including individual employment relationships (hiring, senior management, contract terminations, and flexible work arrangements), as well as workforce restructuring and changes to working conditions.
She regularly advises clients on global human resources policies, international compensation and benefits, and cross-border compliance audits. She also has significant experience conducting labor due diligence for international clients, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing.
Gemma is involved in the preparation and legal defense of labor and administrative matters, representing clients in conciliation proceedings and before the courts.
