Career
Inés Molero has been a Partner at Abdón Pedrajas Littler since 2013 and has more than 20 years of experience advising Spanish companies and multinational groups, including family-owned businesses, IBEX 35 listed companies, and international groups headquartered in the United Kingdom and the United States with operations in Spain.
She specializes in restructuring processes and collective negotiations with the most representative trade unions, including collective dismissals (ERE), business reorganizations, and TUPE transactions. She also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including SPAs, employment representations and warranties, integrations and spin-offs, and the design and implementation of labor strategies in M&A processes.
She has extensive experience advising senior executives and members of boards of directors, including employment contracts, compensation packages, incentive schemes, share and stock option plans, restrictive covenants, and termination negotiations. Her practice also covers individual and collective labor litigation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, labor inspections, and proceedings before the National Court, High Courts of Justice, and the Spanish Supreme Court.
She regularly advises leading companies such as EDP Renewables, John Deere, Robert Bosch, and The Linde Group, assisting them in complex restructuring processes, collective bargaining negotiations, drafting of collective bargaining agreements, and workforce integration strategies following corporate mergers.
She also has experience in international mobility, expatriation policies, employee benefits, retirement schemes, and sports labor law, having advised one of the sailing teams participating in the 32nd America’s Cup in Valencia.
She is recognized as a Recommended Lawyer in Employment by Legal 500 EMEA 2024. She combines her professional practice with academic activity, serving as lecturer in postgraduate labor law programs and as a regular speaker at specialized legal forums and conferences.
She holds a Law Degree from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE) and postgraduate qualifications in Labor Law, Social Security, and Labor Procedural Law.
