Career
Iván García de la Riva is the Managing Partner of the Labor Law Area at Abdón Pedrajas Littler, where he has practiced as a labor lawyer since 1998. Admitted to the bar in 1994, he advises and represents companies before all labor courts, including the National Court and the Supreme Court, covering corporate labor law, collective bargaining, relations with senior executives and athletes, as well as administrative and labor-criminal law.
He has been a professor at Complutense University of Madrid since 2007 and participates in Master’s programs since 2010. A frequent speaker at seminars on labor and sports law, he is also co-author of monographs and scientific articles in these fields.
