Juan Carlos has more than 15 years of professional experience in labor and employment law advice to national and international companies (especially in the banking, construction, new technologies and distribution sectors), where he has participated in restructuring processes, numerous legal proceedings, advice on digital rights and teleworking, expatriations and international relocations, senior management, etc.
