Biography

Patricia Madrona is a practicing attorney at Abdón Pedrajas (www.abdonpedrajas.com), a prestigious labor law boutique, where she contributes to both contentious and non-contentious legal matters for numerous national and multinational companies across various industries (healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, services, new technologies, etc.).

Patricia specializes in labor law advisory, with extensive experience in designing legal strategies related to workforce management, including dismissals and severance, collective bargaining, management of union elections, internal flexibility measures, company restructuring and succession, representation before the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate, and legal defense in labor court proceedings. She is also an equality agent with expertise in investigating and preparing reports on cases of discrimination or harassment, as well as in implementing and designing corporate equality plans. Her areas of specialization include Health, Food (both industrial and service sectors), and the Public Sector.

Professional Career

Patricia began her professional career in 2004 at firms such as EY, Broseta, and Cuatrecasas in the labor law department. She has also combined her legal practice with teaching at Universidad Europea (Valencia campus), where she served as an adjunct professor at ESTEMA in the Master’s in Human Resources and Knowledge Management program, teaching subjects such as Labor and Social Security Inspection and Disciplinary Dismissal. Additionally, she has taught in the Master’s in Corporate Legal Advisory program at the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros and the Catholic University of Valencia.

Since 2020, Patricia has served as President of the Equality Observatory of the Valencia Bar Association (ICAV Abogacía).

She has been a labor lawyer at Abdón Pedrajas Littler since April 2022.
