Biography

Teresa Trigueros is a practicing attorney and an associate in the Labor Law Department at Abdón Pedrajas (www.abdonpedrajas.com), a highly regarded labor law boutique firm, where she has built her career as a labor lawyer since 2007. Previously, she worked as an attorney in the labor law department at Aselex Asesores Legales in Málaga and with the National Association of Labor Lawyers.

She regularly advises numerous national and multinational companies across various sectors (banking, insurance, energy, distribution, tourism, services, media, new technologies, etc.) on both litigious and non-litigious matters.

She has extensive experience in designing and implementing labor aspects of business or business unit transfers, mass layoffs, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, collective proceedings for substantial changes to working conditions, non-application of collective agreements, and, among other matters, advising senior executives and professional athletes. She has led numerous legal proceedings at all levels of the court system.

Professional Background

A practicing labor and employment attorney with nearly 15 years of professional experience, she has led numerous litigation and non-litigation matters and serves as legal counsel to many domestic and multinational companies.

Since early 2007, she has been an attorney at Abdón Pedrajas, where she currently serves as an Associate Attorney in the Labor Practice Group. The firm is a national leader in labor law, with nearly 50 labor attorneys providing services at its offices in Madrid and Barcelona.
