Tomás Sala Franco

Tomás Sala Franco is the Director of Training at Abdón Pedrajas Littler. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Bologna, where he was awarded the Vittorio Emanuele II Prize in Public Law, and a Law Degree from the University of Valencia with Extraordinary Honors.

He has had a distinguished academic career as an Associate Professor of Labor and Social Security Law at Complutense University and as a full Professor at the University of Valencia – Estudio General from 1975 to the present.

Professionally, he has served as an arbitrator for the Labor Arbitration Tribunal of the Valencian Community and for SIMA.
