Rafael Rodríguez is a practicing attorney at Abdón Pedrajas (www.abdonpedrajas.com), a prestigious labor law boutique firm. He recently joined the Barcelona office to continue developing his professional career as a labor lawyer.
He advises national and multinational companies from various sectors on both contentious and non-contentious matters—individual and collective—relating to Labor Law, Social Security, and Occupational Risk Prevention, assuming legal representation in such matters.
He holds a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University (2007–2011), prepared the Civil Service Examination for the Senior Labor and Social Security Inspection Corps (2011–2014), and earned postgraduate credentials in legal practice from both the Barcelona Bar Association (specializing in labor and criminal law, 2014–2015) and Open University of Catalonia (Corporate Legal Practice, 2017–2018).
Lecturer in Master’s degree in access to the legal profession at ISDE University since 2022.
