Victoria Villanueva Gimeno

Victoria has extensive experience in labour relations and a deep knowledge of the Valencian Community. She specializes in legal advice in the field of labour law.

She has advised on employment matters for all types of companies—from family businesses to large corporations and international companies—as well as individuals in executive roles. She has led strategic advisory work in complex and conflictive situations such as collective bargaining and corporate restructuring processes (both in mergers and acquisitions affecting employees, and in internal workforce resizing).

Additionally, Victoria's litigation practice and her experience in tax law (with 2 years at Garrigues in this specialty) ensure practical and effective advice for clients. As a result, she has developed strong expertise in advising on employment contracts, senior management, and compensation and benefits policies, as well as the implementation of alternative remuneration systems such as productivity incentives, flexible compensation schemes, or stock options.

Victoria is a frequent speaker on global employment topics and shows a keen interest in the development of AI in the workplace and its implications for labour relations.
